AlterEgo Fitness is a clothing brand based in the UK. All of our orders are carefully checked, verified and sent to the address specified on your order.

All orders to the UK are sent using MyHermes/Evri. All international orders outside of the UK are sent using MyHermes/Evri.

If you have selected the standard or FREE delivery option, this does NOT come with any tracking information and we can NOT be held responsible for any lost mail. By selecting the standard or free delivery option you are putting faith in to your country's courier and delivery service. Once your order is delivered to your country, your order is passed from MyHermes/Evri to your country's local delivery service and the final delivery will be made by them.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct on your order. The estimated times below are in affect from the time you have received an e-mail confirmation confirming that your order has been dispatched from our building. All orders are usually sent within 24 hours but in the rare occasion within 48 hours.

If you live outside of the UK and you are experiencing a delay that exceeds the estimates below, please keep in mind of these various factors:

- Severe local weather warnings
- Local backlog of orders
- Your local customs borders checking orders are safe
- Worldwide threats of terror & or health pandemics

these issues are out of our hands and can increase the delivery time considerably. WARNING: Since the UK left the EU, there have been reports of increased waiting times for orders being processed at customs.

Return Information

If you would like to return your order for what ever reason, AlterEgo Fitness LTD offers a no hassle return policy on the basis that the criteria is met below:

- How you package your return: Your order is folded neatly and sent back the way it was received.
- Product tag: The product tag is still attached for re-sale.
- The official packaging: is returned with the order and not creased, crumpled or ripped.
- Human & animal hair: No human or animal hair can be present on the return.
- Scents: No body odor, perfumes, after shaves, deodorant or any other scents present.
- Ambassador wristband: If you require a refund for an ambassador purchase please include your ambassador wristband.
